Roche is a well known global health care provider focused on diagnostics and pharmaceuticals. In the Philippines, Roche Inc. is a consistent leader in the diagnostics sector and gained high rankings in the roster of reliable health care providers in the country. To strategically maintain its presence in the country’s growing business districts and to improve their office, Roche Philippines decides to relocate their headquarters in Bonifacio Global City. Previously, Roche used to own a Grade B Building located in Pasong Tamo, Makati.
Our Solutions
With the need of the client to relocate from its previous headquarters, KMC Savills provided a Grade A building to cater to their business expansion. KMC Savills assisted in portfolio selection and negotiated agreements amenable to Roche. The service includes site inspections, agreement reviews and discussion of essential terms and conditions with regards to their transfer. In addition to providing a superior workplace for the client, KMC Savills also helped in selecting custom fit facilities which are essential to the client’s business development.
Current Status
KMC Savills has successfully provided 1,200 sq. m of Roche’s relocation office requirement. At present, Roche’s headquarters is located in One Global Place, 5th Avenue corner 25th Street, Bonifacio Global City.
