The Philippines Property Awards 2017

On May 4th, the Fairmont Makati Ballroom hosted the fifth annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.

Around 250 key industry figures and government officials attended the ceremony with a total of 29 winners and 35 Highly Commended recipients of the awards. The exclusive ceremony sought to celebrate achievements of both established and up-and-coming developers from around the country.

The ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower, which is exclusively marketed by KMC Savills, received major recognition at the ceremony, winning the coveted 'Best Green Development' and 'Best Office Architectural Design' awards with 'Highly Commended' recognition in the 'Best Office Development' category.
