The Capella Building is a new 17-storey, Class A building, located on Corner Asean Drive, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City and is tipped to become a promising BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) centre due to its great location in a bustling metropolis in the south of Metro Manila. Its location in the Filinvest City of Alabang provides access to multiple sources of transportation and even an entertainment center.
The structure is one of three new buildings developed by the Innoland Development Corporation, a Cebu based real estate development firm with other projects including the Aeon Center and the Polaris Building.
The Capella building has an estimated gross floor area of 21,472 sq m., a gross leasable area of 18,100 sq m., and on-going PEZA accreditation.
